second part is the fundamentals such as the training method, the
roles and responsibilities of the trainees and instructors, the
duration of the training, the population and the scope of the
training as well as the limitations.
The
third part is the training requirements itself such as the sources
and resources, the materials, the training approach, the curricula,
the schedule, the medium, the techniques and the learning/instructional
aids.
The
last part is the evaluation tools used to assess the entire training
- from trainees to instructors and the overall training strategy.
The
format of a training plan template varies. You can add whatever
you deem necessary. However you must ensure that the overview,
the fundamentals, the training requirements and the evaluation
is included in the template.
